Children's Birthday Party throw down! Let's Be Artsy! can help make sure your event is an amazingly good time! Follow these steps to get your private paint/craft party started.
1. You'll be able to request your ideal date and time for your private event. 2. Call for date and time confirmation. 3. Finalize your painting/craft selection from our massive art library. 4. You'll receive an email with a link you can send to all of the lucky people on your guest list. 5. We'll contact you closer to the event date to finalize any last minute details before the big day. 6. Show up, smock up, drink up, and paint a great time!
There's nothing better than pulling off an amazing party that everyone raves about. Actually, there is one thing that's better — pulling off an amazing party that doesn't require a crazy amount of your time or effort! We make it easy to plan a super good time at Let's Be Artsy! By throwing a private painting or craft party at your local studio, you and your guests can enjoy a beverage (or three!) while following step-by-step instructions to create fun art, not fine art.
An EXAMPLE of what we will do is:
-While guests arrive the participants will decorate and create their painting placemat (that will be able to be taken home at the end of the class) -When all guests arrive we will begin with a scavenger hunt game where they each will find their most important “material for the class” the paint brush to be prepared to paint (for example: we will hide their paint brushes under their chair and they must go through different steps to find the clue! -Then we will begin to paint only for a selected 15 minutes and then while we let the paint dry we will begin game number two: what’s in the bowl--Where we fill a bowl with uncooked rice and an object and the concept is that Each kid takes a turn and the goal is to either: a) fish as many items as possible out of the bowl in the shortest amount of time, or b) guess what each item is entirely by touch. In both cases, you keep score and award the winner a prize. -We will then go and do part two of the painting 15-20 minutes (the painting should be done about this time, if not we will include another game. -Then cake/cupcakes/presents and sing Happy Birthday -If time permits other games are played! -We will conclude the party by playing a bean bag toss game, in which we will have a corn hole board and each child will have the opportunity to make it in the hole and everyone will receive some candy and go home with their painting and their painting placemat! The following are our private party rates. Our studio can accommodate up to 40 people for a private event. (2 Hour Party Rates, 3 Hour Party Rates $10 more per person)
$350 for up to ten people, min of 10 per party.
Prices are for a small canvases for kids parties and or crafts. If you would like a specialty size canvas or craft just let us know and we will customize your quote.
The party includes all supplies to create the party favor - a personal painting/craft. Paper products are also supplied: plates, forks and napkins. You may come in and decorate the room any way you like it. Bring in your food, drink (not wine) and cake!
A deposit of half the cost of the reserved class is required at least one week prior to the party. The remaining amount is due at the start of the party.
Want us to come to you? No problem! The same rates will apply, however, we will have to add a setup/travel fee. You may bring your own refreshments and snacks.
We now sell WINE!! (No outside wine is allowed) -everyone is subject to proof of age. We also sell soda, tea, water, coffee and hot cocoa!
