I believe art is a magical experience that I have enjoyed since childhood. Looking at the world through an artist eyes gives one the ability to take from it what you see and create what you feel. My intention is to create artwork that will allow you to feel the world around you, see the expression of the artist and develop an emotion for what you see. I have taught at the Higher Ed level for the last 14 years and have been creating works of art for over 50 years! Art evokes emotion and expression; within it, you will see the artist. My personal quote to live by is, “Art is my breath, my passion, within it you see me”. As an Art Professor with over 40 years of experience I can show you how to create your own masterpieces.

One on one classes can include: Oil painting, acrylic painting, drawing and crafting. Let’s Be Artsy! promotes, supports, and inspires all ages within the Blue Ridge area in North Carolina to open their creative side. We cultivate opportunities that elevate the recognition of aspiring artists, advocate economic equality, and celebrate art throughout our diverse community.
