Then, you've got those day-of dilemmas: Does everything look okay? Is everyone having fun? Will I have a huge mess to clean up after this? Don't let party planning suck the fun out of the actual party.

The following are our private party rates. Our studio can accommodate up to 60 people for a private event.

Follow these steps to get your private paint/craft party started.
1. You'll be able to request your ideal date and time for your private event.
2. Call for date and time confirmation.
3. Finalize your painting/craft selection from our massive art library.
4. You'll receive an email with a link you can send to all of the lucky people on your guest list.
5. We'll contact you closer to the event date to finalize any last minute details before the big day.
6. Show up, smock up, drink up, and paint a great time!

Actually, there is one thing that's better — pulling off an amazing party that doesn't require a crazy amount of your time or effort! We make it easy to plan a super good time at Let's Be Artsy! By throwing a private painting or craft party at your local studio, you and your guests can enjoy a beverage (or three!) while following step-by-step instructions to create fun art, not fine art.

You fill out the form at the bottom, choose a package, we set up the day and time.

(2 Hour Party Rates, 3 Hour Party Rates $10 more per person), min of 10 per party.
Yes, you can have MORE than 10 but if you have less than 10 you will still pay for 10.
Basic party is $350 for up to ten people (+ $10 more per participant over 10)
The Birthday girl/boy will choose what painting or craft they want to do. Each party will have their selected art, 2 games, time for presents and cake and/or food. Decorations will be art focused with art decor.
Mid level Party price is $400 for ten people (+ $10 more per participant over 10)
This includes all of the Basic party + an art party theme we provide! Art cupcakes; each child decorates their own, juice-bottles, and a photo board for pictures!
Top level Party price is $450 for ten people (+ $10 more per participant over 10)
This includes everything in the Basic plan + splatter sandwiches, splatter paint monsters, edible paint brushes, juice-bottles and photo board for pictures!
If you would like a specialty size canvas or craft just let us know and we will customize your quote.
The party includes all supplies. Paper products are also supplied: plates, forks and napkins. You may come in and decorate the room any way you like it if you do not want one of the packages. You can bring in your food, drink (not wine) and cake!A deposit of half the cost of the reserved class is required at least one week prior to the party. The remaining amount is due at the start of the party.
Want us to come to you? No problem! The same rates will apply, however, we will have to add a setup/travel fee. You would supply your own refreshments and snacks.
